Hoo Marina has 120 fully floating berths each with access to water and electricity (via pre-paid card system.) We have the largest area of freestanding on the Medway giving storage cpacity for 180 boats.

24 hour Security cover
For your peace of mind, Hoo Marina provides 24-hour security cover.

In addition, all vessels are tended day and night to ensure that they are lying safely. Prompt action by our Staff has often prevented accidental damage to boats.

Boat Repair Workshop
We provide full workshop repair and maintenance facility. We are Yanmar main agents for sales, service and repairs and specialists in AWLGRIP refinishing and all Wooden Craft repairs

Access to the marina
Access to the Marina is via a channel from the main river. For a vessel with a 2 metre draught, access can be obtained 2.5 to 3.0 hours either side of High Tide over a sill at 1.5m over chart datum. We also provide a number of deep water holding buoys.

Lifting capacity
We have a 16 Tonne crane for lifting boats up to 18 metres (60 feet) in length. We also offer mast stepping and engine lifting - all at very competitive rates (see our price list for details).

Storage Ashore
We have the largest area of concrete hardstanding on the river. We provide floodlighting, electricity and water, as well as DIY pressure-washing facilities and a sandblasting area. Owners at Hoo are all welcome to work on their boats and we have cradles available to suit all vessels.

We also have ample car parking for our customers.

(Storage ashore is included for customers with berthing contracts).

Amenity Building
This includes Toilets, Showers, Hairdryers, and a laundry room with Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, and Ironing facilities. Disabled facilities are available.

Access to the amenity block is protected by a swipe card entry system.
